Liverpool hero Jan Molby says Luis Suarez will tarnish his reputation with Reds fans if he quits this summer.

Molby has warned the hitman, 26, he will be making a huge mistake if he joins Arsene Wenger's north London outfit.

Molby stormed in the Daily Star Sunday: "The latest shenanigans surrounding Suarez prove there is no loyalty in football. It no longer exists.

"Suarez should respect the club and the respect he has had from the supporters.

"All those people who supported him over the years deserve better than they are getting from him at the moment.

"Liverpool fans would have respected him much more if he had come out earlier on and said that he loved his time at the club but really wanted to play Champions League football.

"If he said that, people could have bought it and would have accepted it.

"In the end, when he does go, his time at Liverpool will now be tainted because of how he has handled himself."
