Liverpool hero Jan Molby fears for Raheem Sterling over his contract row.

Sterling, 20, has been offered a £100,000-a-week contract by the Anfield giants yet is stalling.

Former Reds ace Molby told the Daily Star Sunday: "Fans have been asking the club why this hasn't this been sorted and with each passing week, the pressure has been growing on Liverpool.

"But if Sterling has a drop off in form, it won't be Liverpool the supporters get angry with."
