Former Juventus chief Luciano Moggi says Inter Milan boss Jose Mourinho is being too tough on Mario Balotelli.

Mourinho has frozen out Balotelli from the last three games.

Moggi said: "I don't agree with the way Inter are managing the Balotelli case.

"In these situations there must be total synergy between the Coach and the directors to pick the best path to follow.

"I think Mourinho is too severe with Balotelli. I would think about this 100 times before depriving myself of a player like him, especially with the final stretch approaching."
