Tottenham academy boss John McDermott was delighted with Luka Modric's decision to join in with training this week.
The Croatian playmaker has been out since the end of August but is beginning to move more and more comfortably.
McDermott told the Spurs website: "Luka is fantastic, inspirational and a really good role model. When he joins in, there is a really good vibe. We've been working with Luka regularly as part of his rehabilitation and the young players get so much out of it with some of the advice the senior players give, the way they do things, the pace they do things, their strength. It's great for the younger boys."
