Tottenham midfielder Luka Modric says he's proud of the way they defeated Chelsea on Saturday.
"It meant so much for everyone - the players, the fans - it was a massive win for us," Modric told the Spurs website.
"I knew we didn't have the best record against Chelsea in the years before so I'm so happy to beat them here.
"I'm proud because I scored the goal but I'm prouder about the way we played. We fought for each other and for every ball. If we want to continue beating these teams we have to fight for each other and that's what we did."
The win stretched our recent run to six unbeaten and one defeat in the last nine in the Premier League.
It also maintained our record of just one league defeat to the top five in eight matches so far this term - at home to Villa back in September.
"That is so positive," added Luka. "We're unbeaten against Arsenal, Chelsea, United and Liverpool. We beat Liverpool here, beat Villa away and now Chelsea.
"It's great not to lose against these teams. It's a big thing for us.
"There is optimism for what we can do next season but first we have to look for the rest of this season, to play like we did against Chelsea and how we've played for the last few weeks.
"We are in good form and I hope we can keep going and climbing the table."
