Luka Modric is in talks with Tottenham boss Andre Villas-Boas over his future.
The Mirror says Modric has been forced to train on his own even though his dream move to Real Madrid has been left in limbo as Spurs are holding out for £40m.
Modric wants to see where he stands with Villas-Boas and is also still desperate to go to Real Madrid so is keen to try and push Spurs into letting him leave.
Spurs chairman Daniel Levy is adamant that Real Madrid have not bid high enough and the deal has reached stalemate.
Modric did not travel to Spain with the Spurs squad for their Thursday night friendly against Valencia and is becoming an outcast at the club.
