MLS plays it Krafty with new sponsors

Major League Soccer (MLS) has signed a multi-year sponsorship deal with Capri Sun and Kraft Foods, reports, www.sportspromedia.com/. Capri Sun, distributed by Kraft Foods in North America, will become the official juice drink of MLS as part of the new agreement.

The deal, announced ahead of the 2014 season kick off on Saturday, will see MLS players appear on Capri Sun packaging and will also include other Kraft beverage brands, including Kool-Aid, Country Time Lemonade and Tang.

As part of the agreement, Capri Sun will use MLS intellectual property across the country including through soccer youth clinics. It will also use select MLS players as part of its ongoing Capri Sun Kids vs Pros campaign.
