Major League Soccer are expected to announce the expansion of Orlando City as the competition's 21st team later in November.
It is believed that MLS officials will unveil the Lions on November 19 in downtown Orlando after local leaders voted in favour of a new $84million soccer-specific stadium.
A document from Orlando City officials to the government officials read: "We have received confirmation that this date/time works for MLS senior officials.
"Assuming it still works for the Governor and both Mayors - we would like to officially confirm the time with all parties."
The Orlando Sentinel suggests that the unveiling will occur on Tuesday, November 19.
