MK Dons could still land ground share with Tottenham

Tottenham could spend the 2017/18 Premier League season playing their home matches at Milton Keynes Dons' Stadium:mk.

The Daily Mail is reporting Championship club MK Dons remain in the running to host Spurs while White Hart Lane undergoes redevelopment.

It is understood both parties are comfortable with where negotiations currently stand and are confident a deal could be arranged if required.

Spurs are believed to still be hopeful of being able to utilise Wembley Stadium as their temporary home during the 2017/18 campaign, but it is understood using Stadium:mk is a cheaper and less complicated alternative.

Stadium:mk has a capacity of 31,000 and is within a 30-minute tube ride from the capital.
