The agent of Mario Balotelli is in England for talks with Manchester City.

Corriere dello Sport says Mino Raiola has flown to Manchester for talks with City boss Roberto Mancini.

Raiola, immediately after Balotelli's meltdown at Arsenal, insisted Mancini did not want to sell his client. But he is now seeking clarification with claims he has offers from AC Milan and Inter Milan to bring the forward back to Italy in the summer.
