Milner: Man City players want to make history for club

James Milner admits Manchester City's players want to make history.

City fans have been bowled over by their team's start to the season.

They go into tomorrow's clash against unbeaten Toon five points clear at the top of the table.

Milner, who joined City from Aston Villa in a £24million deal 14 months ago, told ManC magazine: "I'm enjoying myself this season, playing and improving. It's exciting times here.

"We've got a squad that can challenge on all fronts.

"We all want to create history for this club."
