James Milner hopes to win a new contract with Manchester City.
Milner admits it is frustrating that he does not play every game for Manuel Pellegrini's side, but insists he would love to stay at City.
"I want to play every game but I know that's not possible at Manchester City," Milner told the Sunday Mirror. "I love being here, even though there is great competition for places, and I would love to stay.
"I'd love to stay at the club, but that's a decision for the club to make and me as well."
