Manchester City midfielder James Milner admits their goal is ending the dominance of Manchester United.
Milner's sights are set beyond the game against Liverpool and fixed on challenging United over the next 10 years.
He said: "Beating United 6-1 was just one pleasing result. Even if we win the Premier League, they have still won 12.
"For us it's about having ambition and becoming a force that can be mentioned every year with Manchester United."
