Craig Eastmond is hoping he has a future at Arsenal.
The defensive utility signed for Millwall on-loan this week.
Eastmond told arsenal.com: "I wasn't getting into the first team so I thought I'd see if I could go on loan. A few teams came in for me, so I thought I would see how it goes. I asked the boss and he said you can't go on loan at the moment but we will see at the end of January.
"I wasn't involved in the FA Cup or the Carling Cup so I knocked on his door again and he said OK.
"I want to play regularly in the first team and then come back and see how it goes. Of course [I want to come back to Arsenal and prove that I can get into the first team]. That's the aim."
