Millwall boss Ian Holloway is delighted for everyone involved with England's U17 European Championships victory.
Holloway wrote in the Mirror: "I have always said that England produces as much football talent as any county in the world.
"And the fact that our Under-17s team have just become European champions suggests that I might be right.
"John Peacock and his boys have made the nation proud. They have given us the perfect lift before Roy Hodgson takes our senior team to the World Cup in Brazil.
"But, while they are deservedly basking in the glory of proving that they are the best team in Europe for their age group, I fear that many of these brilliant kids will never get to realise their full potential.
"That's because there is no clear pathway for them to progress into the first teams of our Premier League clubs."
