Reading skipper Matt Mills is convinced of upsetting FA Cup opponents Manchester City.
Mills say Reading can draw inspiration from Birmingham City's Carling Cup victory over Arsenal.
He said: "It's a great tie for us and very exciting. For players and fans it's going to be a great day. We are going up there with one thing on our mind and that is to win the game.
"City have got quality in their squad and as a player you want to play against the best players in the world, and they have got that.
"But you have to remember it is only 11 against 11 and there are always upsets in football.
"Birmingham beat Arsenal just a few weeks ago to win the Carling Cup and you never know.
"We have got plenty of confidence from the Everton game and we go there looking forward to it."
