Ishmael Miller admits West Brom's players are down after their latest defeat.
Miller said: "The mood isn't good at the moment but it's not as bad as people would probably expect it to be because we don't want it to be bad.
"Nobody wants to be getting at each other right now. We need to stay tight as a unit.
"Sometimes you don't win for three or four games and, if you play Manchester United at Old Trafford as a promoted team, you are not expected to get anything from the game.
"We have played Hull, and we could and should have won that game - but didn't - while Newcastle was tough because they're still a massive side.
"What is important is that everyone pulls together and we try to pick up as many points as we can. That's why Saturday's game is so important."
