The 32-year-old is a free agent after leaving Belgian club Lierse and had been interesting Dundee and St Johnstone.
Miller, who also played for Dundee United and Watford, is a target for ex-Australia coach Frank Farina and is expected to seal a deal with the Brisbane club next month.
