Reds skipper Travis Dodd scored his second goal of the season when he put his side in front after just eight minutes.

Another second-time scorer cancelled out his goal, Scottish recruit Charlie Miller, just after play resumed but neither side could grab the lead and the match ended all locked up.

The home side dominated much of the second half but a win proved difficult to obtain, forcing them to give up top spot on the table.

Queensland now look to next week's contest against Central Coast at home whilst Adelaide will host Wellington.
