Miller delighted with Man City youngster Mee

Ian Miller stepped in to take charge of Manchester City reserves yesterday following Kenny Jackett's move to Millwall as new manager.

Miller's first game in charge was marked by a 3-2 win over Blackburn Rovers, with Academy youngster Ben Mee grabbing the winner for City.

Miller told the club's website: It's Ben's third game now and he's done very well.

"He's a good footballing centre half and have a good left foot helps to give balance to the team. I've been very pleased with what I've seen of him and he's done very well."
