Crystal Palace caretaker boss Keith Millen says there's no concerns over the players' focus amid the club's managerial upheaval.
Palace meet West Ham United today.
"On the training field they've been fine," said Millen.
"When we start work they're still focused, we haven't changed too much from a tactical point of view or how we work.
"The lads know their jobs, they know what they need to do is to go out and get results.
"As a group of players they know what gets us results and we won't move away from that at the moment."
