Millen insists Palace squad good enough to stay up

Crystal Palace caretaker boss Keith Millen insists the squad is good enough to stay up.

Millen believes the squad showed enough in Saturday's loss to Premier League leaders Arsenal to prove they can survive.

Millen said after the final whistle: "The owners have got this club in a good situation. The fans are definitely with you, you saw that today and I think you've got a talented group of players, it's just trying to get the balance of what is your best team.

"We are still trying to find out what the best team is and some of them have not been given the chance yet so the new manager will have to asses the group very quickly.

"But if he asks for my opinion I think he saw a team spirit against Arsenal and togetherness that would make most people want to come and work with them."
