Diego Milito was thrilled with his winner for Inter Milan in their championship winning 1-0 triumph over Siena.
The Argentina forward proved the difference between the Nerazzurri and Roma, securing a 1-0 victory at Siena.
"This is the most important goal of my career. We are happy and we deserve to be," said El Principe.
"Thankfully that ball went in, after we had wasted chances in the first half. I am so happy."
Goalkeeper Julio Cesar was also celebrating as Inter were handed the Scudetto trophy at the Stadio Montepaschi di Siena.
"This was a great game, because in 90 minutes it decided an entire championship," he told Sky Sport Italia.
"It couldn't have been more emotional than in Siena today, the same feeling we had at Parma two years ago, when at half-time we didn't know what our destiny would be.
"The campaign has been wonderful and we must also thank Roma, complimenting the Giallorossi.
"But now it is our party and we aim to enjoy it."
