Gabi Milito is happy to stay with Barcelona.

The defender has performed a U-turn in recent days and declared he is happy to stay with Barca.

"I wanted to play and have some continuity, but after quiet reflection I realised it was not the time to leave the club," said Milito.

"There were many reasons for this decision, but primarily it was the talks I had with (coach Pep) Guardiola.

"I know I am lucky to be part of a squad like this one."
