Milito defends Inter Milan pal Eto’o: He was good - in defence
Diego Milito defended Inter Milan teammate Samuel Eto'o after last night's win over Chelsea.
Milito struck in the 2-1 victory, though Eto'o was criticised for his performance.
"Eto'o was not able to do well? No, I did not find that," insisted Milito.
"Samuel did today some important defensive work, which was crucial for the whole team, the defensive job he did helped us to win. He's great, made a lot of sacrifice and even if he did not score, we should appreciate his work for the team."

Remember that feared strikers like Eto'o are marked men. And you know what that creates? You got it: Openings for other less heralded attackers to shine. Otherwise, Eto'o is a highly talented with a physical strength to explode at any time and a mental agility to predict the location of the ball afte a melee and make quick decisons to strike the ball effectively when fortune smiles his way
How can Eto'o score, when Milito is always offside, fighting to score and make a name for himself. Remember, if Eto'o is not in the field, Inter cannot win the champions league. He understands the champions league, he has won two of those cups and scored in both finals. Inter disrespecting Eto'o means no hopes for the trophy. Eto'o is a winner of trophies.
