Real Madrid sports director Pedja Mijatovic could be on his way before the end of the season.

Sport says Mijatovic won't consider resigning, but is prepared to negotiate his departure with the current Real board.

The sports director's future has been in sharp focus ever since Ramon Calderon's resignation as president last month.

Mijatovic has become isolated at Real and wasn't even consulted over the loan signing of West Ham midfielder Julien Faubert.
