Former Real Madrid striker and sports director Pedja Mijatovic is full of praise for Luka Modric's form this season.
Mijatovic rates Modric as Real's most important player alongside Cristiano Ronaldo.
He said of the former Tottenham man: "Modric makes everything happen in this great Real team.
"He is the head of midfield in the most difficult environment in the world, because every day at Real there is pressure from all sides.
"Modric not only withstands the pressure, but has grown to be the best player of Real, along with Cristiano Ronaldo."
