Sinisa Mihajlovic has warned Catania fans not to break out the champagne just yet.

The coach believes they're still four points from safety as they fell 1-0 at Napoli yesterday.

Mihajlovic said: "We still need to make that final step and until we get those four points, we cannot afford to relax.

"Nobody would've imagined when I took over that Catania could eliminate the threat of relegation so early into the season."
