Valencia fullback Miguel admits he's delighted with their early season start.

He has impressed as part of their early run.

Miguel, who this week announced his retirement from international football, said: "We are up there in the table and if we win all our home games and pick up points away we are always going to be close to them.

"They (Barca and Madrid) are in a different league, especially Barca, and it's difficult to compare yourselves with them. But right now Valencia are level on points with Real Madrid, and you need to enjoy this and continue doing the same work to continue on this same line."
