Liverpool goalkeeper Simon Mignolet has admitted that Kolo Toure asked him to 'keep him on his toes' during the clash with Arsenal on Saturday.
Toure made his first Premier League start since New Year's Day but was below par as the Reds were hammered 4-1 by the Gunners.
Mignolet told the club's official website that veteran centre-back Toure was at him to continue reminding him of positioning and the like as he attempted to deal with Arsenal's in-form attack at the Emirates Stadium.
"Before the game, Kolo reminded me that I had to keep him on his toes with it being his first game for a while," said the Belgian.
"I've done that ever since I came back into the team, to be loud and help the team out, organising and helping them in a positive way.
"Organising the defence is something that is very important and I try to do my best every single day in training to make sure the lads get the information they need."
