Egyptian legend Mido has revealed how he had to play second fiddle to Manchester United striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

Mido and Ibrahimovic shared the same agent, Mino Raiola.

He told the Daily Express: "In the summer of 2004, with Zlatan Ibrahimovic, we had to go to Serie A.

"We both had the same agent, Raiola, I had an agreement with Juventus and Ibrahimovic was going to join AS Roma.

"When I arrived at the airport, Raiola called me and told me that I had to cancel my trip because Juventus had a new deal with Ibrahimovic and I was going to join AS Roma."
