USA U20 midfielder Jared Jeffrey admits the team will need to be at their best to perform well at the upcoming World Cup in Egypt.
The US kick-off their campaign with a clash against Germany in Suez on September 26 and Jeffrey knows a big performance is required.
"Obviously, we'll have to be at our best because we're playing against some really good teams," Jeffrey told Soccer365 before heading off to prep camp in Cyprus.
"I think if we can stay organized and play to our ability, we'll have a good chance of progressing through the tournament.
"I think our team will be well balanced and organized," added Jeffrey.
"We're a real close group and everyone has positive qualities, so I think that will help us. Hopefully, we can impose ourselves on our opponent in an attacking way."
