Middlesbrough midfielder Julio Arca admits he's been frustrated over the lack of action he's seen this season.

"The manager left me out of four or five games and that was also frustrating because you want to play every game," he told the Sunday Sun.

"That is something that you keep inside. You try not to show that you are frustrated. But as a player when you are not playing you are not happy.

"But I haven't spoken to him (Gareth Southgate) about it. He has his own reasons for making the decisions. You just have to wait for your chance again."
