Middlesbrough manager Gareth Southgate says he is keen for his side to improve further after showing some good form in recent times.
After a run of 14 matches without a win, 'Boro have kicked back into gear and Southgate hopes his players don't fall into a lull again.
"We have had two good performances last week which is the most pleasing thing, but we have got to build on it - simple as that," Southgate said on Setanta Sports News.
"We had a good win because our attitude was right and our work-rate was good.
"We were disciplined and we will need all of these things to go to Tottenham and get a result as they are a good football team."
