Middlesbrough goalkeeper Brad Jones is reportedly being targeted by Liverpool.
The 28-year old, who was forced to miss the World Cup with Australia to tend to his sick son, has been lined up by new Reds boss Roy Hodgson in what would be a shock move.
The Daily Mirror suggests that Hodgson has made an official enquiry for Jones who is apparently prepared to make the move despite having Diego Cavalieri and Pepe Reina ahead of him whilst Boro boss Gordon Strachan is keen to retain the gloveman.
