Middlesbrough management have no concerns facing new Chelsea boss Avram Grant this weekend, says No2 Malcolm Crosby.

"I'm not really too concerned about Avram Grant to be honest, and I mean that with all due respect," Crosby told Boro's website.

"I think what we've got to be concerned about is what we do.

"The players are professionals and I'm sure they will get on with trying to win matches no matter who is in charge.

"But we must stop that. We can't go in with any fear, the game is there to be enjoyed and we will be organised and set out to get three points."
