Middlesbrough has so far brought in prize money and TV revenue to the tune of £1,187,000 from their run in the FA Cup, reports the Evening Gazette. Victory at Everton on Sunday would guarantee a further £500,000 plus the cash that would accompany live TV coverage of a last-four Wembley clash.
Overall earnings would leap to £3,187,500 (not including TV cash) for the losing FA Cup finalist while Wembley glory brings with it another £1m plus qualification for the Europa Cup - formerly the UEFA Cup.
