Middlesbrough are ready to raid Chelsea again for another top loan signing.
The Daily Star says Middlesbrough have been linked with a loan move for Chelsea midfielder Thorgan Hazard, 20, the younger brother of Blues midfield star, Eden.
Fellow Stamford Bridge midfielder Josh McEachran, 20, had a season-long loan spell with Boro last season.
