Middlesbrough fullback Justin Hoyte admits he is eyeing a call to the full England squad.
"My personal goal is to get an England cap," former Arsenal trainee Hoyte told the Sunday Sun.
"If you play well for Middlesbrough you can get into the squad, Downing and (David) Wheater have shown that.
"I just want to perform well for Middlesbrough. For me the goal is to do the best I can for the team, perform the best I can.
"It was great to get back after my injury. Wheater was doing well and the team was playing well but it is just good to get another chance to make my mark in the team. I have just got to play well and train hard."
