Middlesbrough target Mustapha Riga is determined to earn a move to the Premiership at the end of the Spanish season.

The 25-year-old right winger has appealed to his club Levante not to stand in his way.

Gareth Southgate is said to have had a bid of £1.3m already turned down by the Valencia-based club.
