Middlesbrough boss Tony Mowbray will not be taken advantage of during the remaining days of the transfer window. The likes of Kris Boyd, Andrew Taylor, Leroy Lita and Lee Miller left the Riverside Stadium this summer as the Teessiders moved to trim the wage bill.
He told the Evening Gazette: "We are in a position where we don't have to sell. But we will if it boosts the club and gives us scope to bring in the players we want."
