Middlesbrough boss Gareth Southgate insists no offers have arrived for winger Stewart Downing. Reports claimed Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp had asked Boro to name their price for the England star - with a fee of £15 million plus either Gareth Bale or Jamie O'Hara said to have been quoted.
