Middlesbrough are eyeing Sevilla striker Fernando Llorente.

AS says Boro boss Aitor Karanka is keen to add Llorente to his Premier League squad for next season.

The former Juventus and Athletic Bilbao striker, 31, finished the season at Sevilla on the bench, though still managed 36 appearances.

Karanka has spoken with Llorente about a move to Teesside and the two clubs are now in negotiations.

Llorente is ready to move on after recognising he'll only have a bit-part role at Sevilla next season.
