Middlesbrough boss Gareth Southgate believes in-form striker Jeremie Aliadiere can only get better as he enjoys a first full season of Premiership action.
"Jeremie has been outstanding for us all season and especially in the last two months or so," Southgate told the Evening Gazette of the former Arsenal forward.
"He has played unselfishly and now he is making the most of his chances and his confidence is growing.
"It is a bit like having some of our young 19 or 20-year-olds who are in the same position as Jeremie in that they have not had that full season of football. He is growing in strength all the time."
