Gaston Ramirez is keen on joining Leicester City from Middlesbrough, according to reports.
The Sun is of the presumption that the Uruguayan attacking midfielder has 'his heart set' on a move to the reigning Premier League champions.
With Boro actively seeking a January deal for Stoke City's Bojan Krkic, Ramirez sees it as a chance to depart the Riverside Stadium despite only joining the Teesside club permanently from Southampton in the summer.
It is understood that Aitor Karanka is ready to sell Ramirez, 26, for around £10million in order to fund their £12m pursuit of frustrated Stoke forward Bojan.
This comes after the Spaniard said there was no chance of the former Hull City loanee leaving Boro this month.
The Foxes are keen on Ramirez and the player is now determined to land a move to the King Power Stadium as Middlesbrough get set to sign former Barcelona man Bojan permanently and Chelsea striker Patrick Bamford on loan.
