Middlesbrough attacker Adama Traore is delighted to be back in the Spain U21 squad.
Traore says leaving Barcelona was the right decision.
He told Marca: "Barcelona protect you, the way of understanding football is different and they have more facilities in that they're the best in the world. When you leave you have to impose your own play and learn other things, even more so when you're outside of Spain."
"When you're at Barcelona you only think about the getting to the first team, but very often you don't have the chance. I will always thank what Barcelona did for me even though it didn't work out. At the end of the day, if you keep working hard and don't give up, you can succeed anywhere. In my case, I took the decision to leave for different reasons."
