Michy Batshuayi: Belgium teammates told me this about Chelsea...

Michy Batshuayi is determined to make the most of his move to Chelsea.

The Belgian completed his move from French side Marseille to Stamford Bridge on Sunday after the 22-year-old penned a five-year deal with the club.

Speaking to Chelsea TV, Batshuayi said: "It's a magnificent feeling [to sign] and I'm very happy. It's a dream for a lot of players.

"They [Eden Hazard and Thibaut Courtois] told me it's a magnificent club with everything in place to progress and win so I'm very happy to be at this club."

When then asked how crucial winning the club's opening game next term - which Chelsea failed to do last season - could be, he replied: "It's very important because Chelsea deserve to be at the top of the league and to play in the Champions League.

"I'm going to do everything I can so that they do.

"I'm a versatile player, I'm a technical player and I play with my head but I can progress further."
