Real Madrid junior coach Michel insists the club gives it's local players first team chances.

Michel, who was in charge of the Castilla last season, said: "At Madrid, with the sale of youngsters this summer, it has gained £8 million. And in addition, the first team is counting on players like Jordi Codina and Miguel Torres, products of the Real system."
