Palermo striker Fabrizio Miccoli insists he's not pining for a return to Lecce, despite the claims made by president Maurizio Zamparini.

Miccoli rapped: "Certainly the statements last Sunday from the president have made me very annoyed, because it's not true. It almost seems that Zamparini has decided to try and dump me, however it's premature to talk about this.

"I repeat my determination to respect my contract with the Rosanero club."
