US financial services company Wells Fargo is sponsoring the Mexican national team's annual tour of the United States, reports, www.sportspromedia.com/. The agreement commenced with Mexico's 4-1 friendly win on Wednesday against Ivory Coast at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey and runs through 2016.

"Soccer is a growing sport in the US, with a dedicated fan base, and Wells Fargo is proud to support MLS (Major League Soccer), the Mexican national team and the 'beautiful game' of soccer," said Jamie Moldafsky, Wells Fargo chief marketing officer.
